This is a mash up of weeks 2 and 3 of our gym training and dancing. It has been really nice getting back to training consistently Chelsea and I finally feel like we are getting the wind back in our sails. Making the videos helps because to make videos you have to have content, to have content you have to film. So it has been an awesome motivator to train and dance. We hope everyone is staying on track with the promises you made yourself on New Years and pushing to meet those goals. If you have fallen off the bandwagon, take a look at your approach from a different perspective and tweak your plan then... Hit it as if it's January 1st! If your still going strong KEEP IT UP! you are on the path to your best self.
