Here is Week #4 coming at ya! This week was cool it started with a performance at a club for a friend of ours then training and dancing business as usual. Going into next week intensity is going to increase as we have to shock our bodies into change, increase stamina, and overall performance abilities. Competitions are won off the floor with handwork and dedication. Competition is simply the showcasing of those efforts. Hope you all enjoy!
This is a mash up of weeks 2 and 3 of our gym training and dancing. It has been really nice getting back to training consistently Chelsea and I finally feel like we are getting the wind back in our sails. Making the videos helps because to make videos you have to have content, to have content you have to film. So it has been an awesome motivator to train and dance. We hope everyone is staying on track with the promises you made yourself on New Years and pushing to meet those goals. If you have fallen off the bandwagon, take a look at your approach from a different perspective and tweak your plan then... Hit it as if it's January 1st! If your still going strong KEEP IT UP! you are on the path to your best self.

So of course with the new year come new hope of starting fresh and with a clean slate so to speak. I reality though its not starting fresh but having a mental starting point in your mind. Our goal for this year is to ultimately push ourselves to new heights in all aspects of our lives. To do this we have decided to make videos or our training and eating to encourage others along the way as well as keep us motivated because...Hey now there are videos that have to be shot and edited and given some love and we have found that works well for us.
It is our hope that if you are looking to make a change and your life and you just need that little bit of inspiration that these videos will give you a reference point to be able to do so, or just provide you with some entertainment!
So we had the pleasure of being invited to coach in the Willoughby Fred Astaire Studio on Wednesday the 9th and it was such an amazing experience! First off, it felt like going to visit family, Willoughby has always been so supportive and encouraging about our dancing and we have formed some really great friendships over the years. All of the students were very tuned in and receptive and we had some great laughs when working with the other professionals. We enjoyed it so much and are really looking forward to our next visit it can't come soon enough! All in all this post is simply to write down and catalog our feeling from one of Chelsea and I's first coaching experiences together.
The theme for this new routine is Yin and Yang. So in honor of that I had to illustrate a new CD case here is the finished product. We will soon have footage of the new number up soon. Sorry it has been awhile, but as we have all experienced life can take unforeseen turns. God has blessed our new number and our new place of residence. So we will see where this Chapter in our walk leads us.

Its late but better now then never. It has been very difficult to find a good Wi-Fi connection in Blackpool England, Its not the case everywhere but certainly where we were staying. This is a compilation of our training and a little travel to our location overseas. Week 4 was stressful to say the least but we were able to make it out alive ;)
Week #3 coming at you! This was a emotionally taxing week as we have a lot on our plate right now BUT who doesn't so without further guilding the lily i give you week #3 of our Blackpool Prep enjoy:)
Week #2 is down and it was a tough week as far as training goes. We did feel some definite improvement in certain areas we consider our weak spots. The focus has been more "rehearse smarter not harder." But your body's response to stress is to strengthen and that's how we feel, stronger. We hope you enjoy the video we are certainly enjoying making them for you and documenting the process. Be sure to stay tuned for more next week!
We recorded as much video as we could for our 1st week of Training for the Blackpool World Dance Festival and cut it down and complied it all together in this video. The first week was tough for sure, but we came out on the other side of it feeling accomplished. We hope you enjoy sharing in this experience with us, 3 Weeks Left!
